Hello,
My EAD and AP have been expired and my wife's EAD and AP expire sometime in MAr2006. I am applying for my renewal for EAD and AP. Below is the question

She went to india for trip and while returning she can come back on her AP right, and her AP has nothing to do with my EAD/ AP being expired.

Please advise at the earliest convenience. Thanks.

At the POE they usually look at all your data... not sure if they look at the primary filer of ead and AP in your case are you the primary person to file the gc or your wife?
I personally travelled to india twice on AP but my husband 'S EAD and AP had not expired then...
You might want to call BCIS's 800 number and check with them before leaving the country... you dont want trouble at POE!
