Deployed to Afghanistan.

I have been deployed to Afghanistan for a year as a contracter. I met a 15 year old boy who I would like to have come stay with my family in the US for a month. Is that possible and where would I begin the process?

The US consulate in Afghanistan would list the requirements........it differs for each country.
