Visitor documents (unique case) - Help!

Hi All,

My Aunt is going for visa interview in Chennai in Sept. She is 55yrs old, un-married, does not work and has no property to herself. She is taking care of her mother in India with the help of her brothers.

What kind of documents can she take to prove that she is not going to stay here in US? To her credit, she went to UK before twice and returned to India before her Visa expired.
I have prepared all my Sponsor forms according to this web site.
