Form DS 156

I have my son and my parents going for visa interview.I filled out all the forms (DS156 and DS157)from here(USA) online.For my son and my father I showed that they have filled the form themselevs though I filled it.For my Mom I have showed that my father have filled that form.Will this affect them getting visa.Can they track that it was submitted from the USA.Please help me.My son is 11 years old and is it ok I have showed that he has filled the form

This column is just to know who filled the form and will not play any role in getting/rejecting the visa. I would suggest changing to your name in all forms.
