My father retired recently. He doesnt have too much income from pension too.
We want to bring our parents to US on visitor visa for few months.
They might be moving in with my brother's family in India after the US trip. Will it be a convincing case for the visitor visa, if we say that
he will be moving in with my brother (who also has a small kid) after returning from US and produce a document from my brother inviting them to move in with them and spend time with their kid.
Do we need to show the income of my brother etc for this.
My parents have properties/savings around 10 lakhs.
In general which one is a better case, showing self sufficiency or showing relation in India on whom they are dependant.
