How to answer the interview

My son is going for H4 interview next month and my parents going for visitor visa interview in Nov.They are planning to travel together.If my parents didn't get visa my son may come alone and I haven't showed in my son's application that my parents are travelling with him and also in my parents' application haven't showed my son is going to travel with them.In Interview can my son reveal that his grand parents will join with them if they get visa and also can my parents tell them that they will be travelling with their grand son.Please let me know.

If you want them travel together, you can specify the same in DS156, Q34, "Names and Relationships of Persons travelling with you"
You wanted your parents and son to tell VO reg this so update DS156
