Initially my Sister and her 1 yr old son were planning on coming here to the US for my wedding (2weeks trip). I have sent all necessary documents to them as per your website.
Now suddenly, she wants to come alone for various reasons. Their interview is in another 3 days.
My question is: In the affidavit of support, I have sent it in her name and included her son's name as persons traveling along with. Now that her son is not coming, is it 'ok' for her to use the same affidavit just for herself (which has her son's name it )?
