Parents Visa and change in my visa status

Hi,
My parents will be visiting USA around jan2007 and I am in the process of obtaining their visa appointment for the month of december. My current status is L1, but in another 3 months, I will be on H1 visa. But the visa appointment will still be showing L1 status ?

Will this be a problem? Is there anyway to update my change in visa status in their visa appointment?

That's not a problem. If asked, just ask your parents to tell the actual situation. Send them the new paperwork for L1 visa once you get it.
