  • Annotation field on my B1/B2 visa

I have a visa class B1/B2, validity one year starting March 2006.

When I applied for Visa I needed it for business training with the Company I actually work with. I needed to take it and it was in Company Headquarters, at Houston TX.

Mi VISA was approved but it has a comment on the "annotation" field: TO ATTEND TRAINING; PETROLEUM PROJECTS HOUSTON TX.

I went as scheduled on March 2006 for a week to Houston TX.

On this opportunity I want to make a vacation trip to Miami / Orlando, FL. I finally got a break from work and I want to tourism, go to the theme parks, and relax from work during this vacation. 3 weeks.

I just want to know if this is ok for me to do. I mean, if I won't get into trouble doing this.

Though I already went and did the first working training as the annotation on my VISA specified.

Can you help me on this matter please?

It is really very subjective. It is hard to say whether you will have any trouble entering the US for tourism or not. It really depends upon the officer at the port of entry.
