My wife is expecting baby in Oct'2006. My parents got visitor visa appt on Oct'2006. Last week I fractured my right elbow when playing games. I am going to have a surgery on my elbow next week. Is my parents eligible for EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT?? Please clariy.

Emergency Appt in injury - DEFINITELY

You can surely get an emergency appt in such a case of major injury and surgery with complications.

What you need is a proper note from your surgeon and FAX this with a cover letter to your local senators offices.

Ensure that you FAX and not mail them.

I've had to do this sometime back and it worked!
