VFS lousy web site

This is really a lousy web site but what to do...
I am having this problem...I saved the application after filling my in laws detils and exit without taking the appointment. Now when I checked the appointment date without reteriving my application I get the earlier dates (for ex Nov) but when I go through by reteriving the applications, it showed dates in Dec/Jan. I also checked back again by using the "new applicant" and it was still showing Nov dates. I also access the web site on two computers where one is accessing the dates using new applicants and the other one is reteriving the application. I again got the different date...Do any one has any suggestion.

i faced a similar problem, the reason i was told is that when i was looking for a new appt, what was displayed was a single person appointment...but when u are looking for an appointment for ur inlaws, u were actually looking for a 2-person appointment and that is available only in dec/jan as said...
