My son is going to Chennai consualte for H4 ,His interview time is 11.00am.How long before he need to reach there.Does he need to stand outside or what is the proceedure in Chennai Consulate,Can he take some snacks, water and juice and take a bag with him.Please let me know.Thanks

According to the consulate's guidelines (you get this once you have a confirmed appointment) they ask you to be there no more than 15 minutes ahead of time. But to be on the safe side I would say 45mnts to 1hour should be plenty
