question to reschedule

Hi,
I have been waiting for telugu appointments since last november. Anyway today i found some. But by the time i filled out the forms they are all gone.. I started filling out application with english as a language even though i wanted telugu becuase this time i thought i will only save the application and exit. But by mistake i confirmed the appointment in english.
My question is how can i change that appointment to telugu when i see telugu dates available?
Do i have to cancel this appointment and take it again?
If i dont see any telugu dates available which link i should use to save the application.
Please reply to my questions in detail. it took me 3-4 hours to do everything as iam not that familiar with the computer. All the help will be greatly appreciated.

You need to can cancel your application and fill to again to change the language to telugu. There is no other way.
When you find dates for telugu you have to go and select the option telugu and fill it.
