Assistance in consulate for Physically handicapped?

My mom is physically handicapped, cannot walk. When she goes for interview, does the consualte provide any wheel chair for handicapped people ?

Or, if she has a wheel chair, will the visa people allow another person inside to take her in the wheel chair? She can speak for herself as she knows english. But it is just that she cannot go by herself as she is handicapped.

Is there any place in the web site where we can request to allow another person to help her in wheel chair?

It would be best if she can be in her own wheelchair and someone drop her off at the door of the consulate and from there, request someone in the consulate to push the wheelchair.

No one other than the applicants are allowed inside the consulate.

And I don't believe there is any special procedure or form for handicapped persons.
