Dependent Visa for a B1 visa holder

I havent read any of the threads..
so this question might be a repeat.

I want to know if my spouse can get a dependent visa if I am myself on a B1 visa ?
is that dependent visa called B2 visa?

B2 is tourist visa and not dependant visa.
I dont think there is any dependant visas for B1
