question reguarding occupation in visitor visa application form.

as i mentioned last time that my parents visa got rejected 2 times and second time thay said they r financially weak.also i mentioned that my father had photo studio and he showed 1lakh rs as anual income. now he sold his shop. so in the application form in occupation what should i write,
1. show retired and is dependent on my brotheror
2. show retired and now is doing farming.
3. or write farming as occupation.
4,if he he showing farming ,what farming papers should he show.and how much money in the bank .
5.if he is showing retired and dependent on my brother should he show my brothers property paper and bank balance.(MY BROTHER HAS CONSTRUCTION BUISNESS)

What is the best way to mention which will convince them that they have lot of funds and they will come back to india.

Don't think 'what he should show so that he will get visa'.

Instead write whatever he really is and show the documents to prove that.
