question regarding appointment

My parents are planning to schedule an appointment in chennai online. My question is whether they should book the appointment one at a time or both of them at once. I'm a little confused here. Any help is appreciated.

Both at a time.
First fill the info (DS156 and DS157 etc) for the first applicant... then you will get an option "add applicant". click it... continue to fill the data for the second applicant as well.
