earlier date!!! plzzz hlp. emergency!!!!!

my visa was turned down in chennai but my visa consultant advices me to apply in delhi next time. seems they will accept if i tell i didnt get a earlier date at chennai n so i applied aT DELHI. also this has happened before recently after vfs took over tt visa service. someone plzzz hlp please since i ve to take my exam this year n chennai consulate is too occupied.

I am not too sure if you can take an appointment in Delhi just because Chennai is busy. You can do that only in case of an emergency appointment I think. But let's see what the experts have to say.
