Wrong Date in DS-156

Hi !!

My name is Gopi. I took the telugu appointment for my In-Laws on Feb'09 2007. Unfortunately i entered the wrong dates for Passport Issuence and Expiration Dates. How can i update those fields? I cannot update those fields because those are in disable mode. Is there any way, can i use other DS-156 Application? Please help me ASAP.

You cant update those fields.You can take printouts of DS156 and fill it manully and ask your in laws to take those copies and let the officer know the situation. That wont be problem.
