Telugu appointment Dates Available

The appointments in Telugu were on for more than an hour last night. I was finally able to get one for my mom. I was getting strange server issues when I used Firefox. I tried for for some time and then switched to Internet Explorer. It was fine then. I had to call my mom to get few more details to put in the application. All the while the appointments were showing up. This was between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM PST on Monday early morning. I was being awake till 2:00 AM PST almost all this week hoping I'll be able to get one. I hate to give you this advise but just keep trying. That's what I have been doing for last 2 months.

Yes, you are absolutely right. They are opening new slots only on mondays (last three instances they did this). I am also checking the appointments since last two months, and finally i got one today. I also had problems with server, but finally we got appointment for both of my parents in Telugu. I dont remember what time they opened the appointments, but I saw the appointments are open from today morning 4am to 8am of pacific time. They opened the slots from Feb 15 to Feb 28.

I don't know much about HDFC receipts so I will leave that part for someone else to answer. Regarding the appointment itself, if your dad can handle English, go for English appointment and he can answer all the questions and act as a translator to your mom as well. IF not, you cannot book your appt in English and then later change it to Telugu. You have to cancel your English appt and book a whole new appt for telugu.

My parents got the HDFC receipts on Feb 28th 2006. Do we need to take the appointment before Feb 27th 2007 or the interview date should be before 27th FEB 2007?
According to my knowledge, you should take the interview before one year of your receipt date.
Actually they had the appointment on 27th of July, in English..As soon as they got there, my father honestly requested them they need a Telugu translator, b'cos my mom cann't speak English... But those people made them wait 3hrs and told them to make appointment in Telugu and come back.
Thinking that , those HDFC Receipts are not valid any more( i checked the barcodes trying to take appointment, but they didn't work within 2 days of appointment , i.e; on 30th july) i asked them to get the new ones..
I tried with the old ones today, they were working........???????????? I don't know what to do with the new HDFC Receipts( 1st August 2006)?

Today morning, when i was filling out the DS-156 form, in the middle some new window opened asking me whether "i should give access to the clip board or "do not allow", i was trying to do some thing it was not accepting any thing, finally the whole browser closed, and messed up...It happened to me 4 times today........

I had same problem during my application process, i think it is question no. 27 and i tried to set the IE tools, but no use. Finally i called india, and my sister in law took the appointment for 15 February 2007.
Any body faced the same situation? ..i don't know how to correct these? I am not a computer guy..

May be try with Netscape, i am not sure.I am really worried to fill the applications and get the appointment date in Telugu...Last time it was not happened to me like this...
Can i fill the applications forms, taking English as language and save them and check the dates in Telugu, whenever i find them, i can retrieve the application and book the appoint in telugu within one week?

No it is not possible. You must select the application with Telugu and save the application.
