  • Visitor Visa B1/B2-Travel

My parents visito visa is valid until Jan 08,2007 but due to few compulsions they cannot travel before 02-Jan-07 i.e. 5 days before the visa expiry.

    a) Can I expect them to get min 3 months stay on the I-94 at port of entry?
    b) Is it worth taking the risk with such a close date travel?

    Thanks,

    Vijay

    a) yes, they can even get a 6 month stay if they say they will be
    spending 4-5 months.

    b) With 5 days in hand , I don't think it should be a problem.
