Message "Contact out help line"

Hi,

I have completed and saved the application form for tourist visa for my parents a couple of days back. When I go to the web site and enter the required details to access the application, the following message is displayed:

"Select ‘Exit’ button and contact our help line for further information."

What does this message mean? Do I really have to contaact the helpline? Am aware that the application stays on their web site only for 7 days. I wanted to confirm if the message displayed is solely because of this reason. Has anyone seen this error message before and what was the actual problem in your case? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Hey, I am getting the same. so did you contact them and wht did they reply? do they ask us to confirm the dates when u call them or they give a grace period to do it again?
