appointment in telugu

Does anyone know why there are no dates for appointment in telugu always it says no dates available.
By anychance we take english and go to the consulate and ask for a translator,do we get that translator at that time.
did anyone experience it.

1. Because there is a lot of demand and less supply. Telugu appointments are very hard to get.

2. You can't do that.
