Guys,

I am the principal applicant currently in USA and filling the form for my daughter and trying to fill the (third form) petitioner details for booking appointment.

Can you please tell me who is the Principal applicant in this situation? Either me or my Daughter, For the remaining i can fill my Petitioner no:, Petitioner (Employer) Name and soon, also for the Principal applicant visa class whether i have to fill H1 or H4?

I need your help and who ever filed recently can show me some lights.

I am applying for H4 Visa for my daughter. While filling the third form i found all these doubtful questions?

I am planning to bring my daughter along with my parents. They both are going for seperate interview since both are different visa category. My father will take my daguhter for the interview this i have checked with VFS on line service and as per their instruction i am following.

Please help i have to complete the form.

What do you mean by 'third form'?

I clarified it thru my friend that i have to fill all my details in the third one.
