cancelling an existing appt

Hi

I already took an appt and i made a error in ds-156 which cant be edited.
so i thought i could cancel this appointment and take an other appointment.
If i am taking another appointment should i enter all the details or use the existing details.

i think u can take print out of ds-156 and correct the field.if u cancels then you won't get it again right?

I believe that is true. I have read experiences on this site about those who cancel and they cannot see the dates until after they apply over again, and then when they can choose date, its usually much later than the cancelled date was.

If the applicants can explain the reasons for correction, you can highlight correction on printout.. (only certain cols are non-editable once saved) ... you can modify other cols.
Yes that is true, you will loose data once cancel the appointment and you need to re-enter the data. Next appointment you may get may be earlier or later to prev date.
