HDFC reciept lost

Do you guys know what to do in case of orignal HDFC reciept is lost ?
i still have about a month for my parents to go for the visa thing ?

Take an other HDFC reciept and prinout of the old one if you have. Let the people know the situation at the interview. You should have original HDFC reciept.

Lost HDFC receipt

I had the same issue and not getting any definite answer for it. When i contacted VFS they misled me saying that you have to take new appointment.

Then I contacted Delhi embassy through mail and got positive response.....
Here is the exact text as received Delhi embassy...

We have no arrangements for replacing a lost receipt; the applicant
must buy a new receipt one and appear for the existing appointment. Please
make sure that you buy the receipt at least two working days prior to
your scheduled interview date.
