Help regarding Visitor Visa Sponsor Documents

Hi,

My aunt(my father's elder sister) is sponsoring my parent's tourist visa.They are planning to come this December 2006.I am here in US for past 2 years on H4.My husband is in H1.

My aunt is a US citizen for more than 20 years.She&her husband are both past 60 years and retired.Now my question is does she have to send her 3 years income tax returns,W2 s or because she is retired,there is no need?what are all the documents she needs to send?

Also,is it better that we sponsor my parents or my aunt?
