new appiontment issue

i canceled my appiontment . they are telling the receipt will disable up to 2 months.If i take new receipt can i take new appiontment with new ones to my in-laws?If i take new recipts i heard that half of the amount will be back of the money of old receipts..is it true?please help me what i have to do..i have to take appiontment in telugu am i have to wait for 2 months or take new one and checking for telugu appiontment continuously?

Did you cancel for second time. if yes it is going to disable to 60 days.. meanwhile you cannot take new one to comeout of this 60day busines...if I remember correctly the amount will not be returned on unused receipts.
If you wanna telugu appointment, (and you have already cancelled 2 times) you have to wait for 60days for next appointment
