my cousin is an AUSTRIAN citizen.. does he still need to apply for a tourist visa coz he wants to visit us in the US next year? according to my aunt since he is a european, he doesnt need to have any tourist visa to go to the US is this true? thanks

No, visa not required for a stay upto 90 days.Austian passport holders are covered under the visa waiver program
which allows them a stay in US for 90 days without a visa.
If he wishes to stay more than 90 days, he will need a visa.
