Question on Sponsoring Parents

I am right now on OPT and expecting H1 approval by the end of august but my H1 will come into effect from Dec 1. My parents will be going for an visa interview in October. In such a case can I sponsor them with just a H1 approval? If I can what are the documents that I may have to provide. My parents visa got rejected once this May on the grounds that both children are staying in US. Please advice.

You can sponsor them as long as you are on any legal status in the US.

Just send the proof of your legal status.
