URGENT: Need information for interview

My M-I-L has interview for visitor visa on this Friday (18th August 06). Her interview time is scheduled at 11 AM at Delhi embassy. When she should be present there in embassy for interview? Also, can some one please send me information on whole process of interview......starting from be there to embassy to get out of embassy (hopefully with visa).
