How long in advance shoult I send the documents?

Need Help!!

If I have to schedule the appointment date in February , how long in advance should I send the documentation to India?

I am planning to apply visa for my mom.
Also, on sunday I saw the available date was in February. I checked today it's in January. So does that mean people cancelled the appointment so we can reschedule it to the earliest date as many times as we want?

send the docs 2-3 weeks before the interview atleast. Let them Familiarize with those before they go for it..

U can cancel appt, but its a risk some times. Make sure u have enough dates to pick before u cancel.
