visa problem due to fraud?
I would like to ask what I should do to get back my tourist visa?
My tourist visa has been revoked by consul last year because of possible fraud.
I was issued multiple entries for 10 years several years back. But when I applied for a visitor's visa for my adapted child, my visa was revoked because accdg to the consul, I misrepresented facts re my adapated child. I informally (adapted the child not through the correct legal process) adapted the child. This process is acceptable here in the Phils but apparently, it is not in the US. Becaus of this, my visa was revoked. Now, I need to go to US for a business meeting. What process should I follow? Is there anything I can do from my part to get back my visa? Appreciate your help.
