Visa issuance fee

I see that the visa issuance fee needs to be a DD for 2400Rs from August 7th onwards.

My parents have visa appt at the end of the month.
They paid visa application fees earlier with 46RS per dollar exchange rate.
So do they need to take visa issuance fee DD for 2400 Rs (with 48 exchange rate) or 2300 (46 echange rate) .

You must get for Rs.2400 irrespective when u took appointment.

My dad had interview on 17th and we had to take an addational
DD of Rs.100/-.
