Invalid receipt number

I have been trying to get the appointment for my mom and though the HDFC receipt number is correct, I am not sure why it's just giving me the error Invalid Receipt number. Is anybody getting like that?

Also, why they say it bar code? The code they will already have it. What we enter is HDFC receipt number? Can someone help me? Plz...

I am just trying to understand is it their software problem???

Viki, you need to enter just the digits from HDFC number that begins with A and has about 9 digits.

You need to give only the numbers - there are 10 digits in the HDFC receipts that my parents have taken. They started with 9000xxxxxx.

Also, it takes 2-3 business days for the HDFC receipt to be updated in the system.
