w2 is it really required

Friends,

I dont have my W2's. I got my Tax transcripts faxed from IRS to my office. I dont know what to do now. My parents visa is on Sept. 28th Chennai.

My parents earlier visa was in July 1998 for 6 months but they went back in 3 months itself. But visa stamped in old passport, so should they show the old passport with the visa stamped or not.

Should I show my property details in the USA or not in I134 ?

Any advantages of the rush service ?
