Question on I-134 - Ques # 8

I am inviting my brother to visit me. I need help on one question in I-134

In the form the question # 8 - That the following persons are dependent upon me for support - partially or wholly.

Q1 - Should I put down name of my husband as partially dependent even though he earns more than me? I read it on several sites but it just did not make sense to me.

yes ,you have to add your husband name.mark it partially dependent.

That indicates financial dependency. It depends upon which visa he is holding and what job he is doing.

My husband and I both are on H1-B. So how will the visa status effect that question.

If he is on H1 B, i don't think you can show him as dependent. Send his employment letter / pay slip to show that he is earning and independent.
