Urgent help please ----Sample Job proof letter

My dad has appointment at Chennai consulate next Monday for visitor visa.
He is working for a company in Hyderabad. Can someone help with a sample letter which he should get from his employer showing that as one of the proof that he would come back to work with them.

Does anyone has a sample letter?? Please help

Infact I just asked my HR to write me one and they didnt even need a sample letter to look at... when you ask for one they already know what you are talking about.
