scheduling interview for my parents

Hello,

I am struggling to get an interview for my parents ,they are not good at english so I am checking if I could take for Kannada,Tamil ,Telugu or Hindi. Looks like there are no dates available , I have been checking everday.

Can some one advice how these dates are made available - is there any particular period or they just make it available peiodically for languages other than english.

Mar 2007 their HDFC receipt expires- I will have to pay thier fees again.
This time I have to get them their appointment dates- Is there any particular way of taking appointments.?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
