how to get usa visas from belgium?

My wife and I are going to take a trip to several countries in the Schengen area and from those countries to the USA. We've just obtained our Schengen visas yet currently dont have any USA visa. We expect to get our USA visas when we are in Belgium or other Schengen countries. Therefore, I want to know if anyone could show us how we can obtain our USA visas from Belgium.

I am assuming you are Indian citizens.
US embassies prefer that people apply for visitor visas in their home countries
because the embassy staff in each country is familiar with the conditions
there. So, it is advisable for you to apply for the US visa in India before you
leave for the trip. If you apply in belgium, there is high likelihood for denial,
just for the reason that, "why did you not apply in India?"
