Employment verification and W2 Reg
Hi,
I have been with a company for past 3.5 years. I was in India for first 3 years at their offshore development center. I am now in USA through H1B. I will be here till oct'2007 and back to india center.
In this duration of 1.5 year stay I am plannning to bring my mother for a short time visit for about 3 months.
My question is in my Employment verification letter Can I ask my employer to state that I am part of India Center and came here to USA on deputation and indicate that I will be back to india, which is true. By this way, I think i can prove to consular that my mother will not be a potential immigrant here as her sponsor itself will be returning back to india. Appreciate your comments.
Also, as i came recently, I will not be having W2 forms. Do i need to give a written letter indicating the absence of W2 form in this case?
