Documents need to send in Advancen Query on 156/157

Hi ,
My parents got visa interviews date at Chennai consulate on Oct 4th.We r planning to send the documents which should reach VFS 5 days prior to interview this week. I have got the information from this site that there is 7 things we need to send. I have got an idea about all the 6 documents.But no idea abt the 7.checklist
Can somebody please tell me what is this checkllist contains? And what is that document??

And also i have 2 more concerns abt the DS-156/157 forms.
My mother is still working in India and my father is retired.

1.Do we need to enter his last employer details in the column???
2.Do we need to enter the educational details of my parents( college ,course n all )

I possible please get a letter from your moms employer that she has to be back by a certain date.

You have requsted leave for 174 days from Aug xxxx 2006 to Jan xxx 2007. This has been approved. You will be expected to return to work and report to duty by Jan xxx 2007.

This will be a big plus.

For Chennai consulate, no need to send the docs to VFS in advance. Just carry the docs on the appointment day. Sending in advance is required for Mumbai consulate. Please refer VFS site for more details.

Yes, better to fill the last employer details and educational details as asked.

My dad is retired and got visa recently.We filled in all the details of his last employment.Also verified the telephone number which is mentioned against it.

We Provided all details of his educational background.

When they have sought the information and if it is not "NA" it implicitely mandates us that we fill in all the required information.

Just to ensure that we are taking no chances...bit of going thru all those old docs but I feel its worth doing.
