My parents had interview in chennai consulate today at 12:30 PM. They sent back them to get the new photos because of the poor back ground of existing photos and asked them to come back 2 PM with new photos. We booked the appointment in English. My father is a farmer, speaks little bit english, but not fluent. Didn't asked for translator. Questions asked:
How many childered you have
what they are doing
where is your son
what is your daugher doing in india
where do you live
thats it, no papers asked, not even single document. Don't no the duration of the visa. no questions was asked to my mom. I think luck is on our side, we were little bit worried about my parents attending interview in english, eventhough they don't know much. Thanks.
