Exit Procedure at LA Airport

Hi,

I am on Visitor's visa and my return trip back to India is from:

Seattle - Los Angeles - India.

I have questions on the exit procedure. I read that there are only few airports that have US Exit program implemented. Seattle has it but LA does not. My Questions:

1. Should I use the exit procedure at Seattle airport eventhough my international flight is from LA?

2. If I should not go through exit procedure in Seattle, is there anything equivalent that I need to go through in LA?

3. Where will my I-94 be collected? Seattle or LA?

4. Does the airline carrier rep collect the I-94 while getting the Boarding Pass & Checking-in baggages?

You cannot use the exit procedure at seattle because Exit procedure is for departing US
and after departing seattle, you will still be in US, so you will use the exit procedure only at LA where your international flight is.I-94 will be collected at LA either by the personnel while you are boarding the plane or you deposit it in the US visit machine, if US VISIT is in place.

Advice; always keep a copy of your I-94 before turning it in.

Where can I check if the exit procedure is in place. As far as I looked, LA does not have one. But it's surprising to me that the country's 5th largest airport does not have one...So, I am skeptical abt this still.

I tried the homeland security website and it only mentions that the exit system is in place only at 12 airports in US but it does not mention which ones.
Maybe you can call LA airport and find out.
