Visitor visa questions

Hi,

1) Does anyone have a cover letter template (outlining the nature of the visit, reason for travel etc) that I could use for my parents visa application?

2) Do my parents need to carry their marriage certificate? In case they need to, I'm pretty sure that they don't have one handy

3) There is no planned itinerary for them yet when they will be here. Keeping that in mind, is it still necessary to prepare a proposed one?

COpies of my passport, visa, birth certificate are enclosed.

If you are also sending financial sponsorship, I-134, please mention that
in the cover letter.
No marriage certificate required. No itinerary required if they are visiting you
in US. Your birth certificate showing both their names may be required.
