Visitor visa for wife being on B1/B2

I have a very complex scenario. My company sends me on Business Visa for short or long duration in a year. It varies to 2 to 4 visits in a year. I have got a B1/B2 Visa for 10 years. When i come on a bit longer duration i.e. more than 1-2 or 3 month, I want to bring my wife with me but as she is not having US Visa I am not able to bring her. when visit duration is short that is less than 1 month, its not an issue but when its long then its gets very frustated not to have her with me cos of visa problem. We have suffiecient bank balance and I can afford her visit on my own expenses. While on business trip I get enough expense from my company that we both can stay. But as you would be aware that there is no wife Visa on B1/B2, I can not bring her. I also discussed with my company. They do not have any issue but legally they cant do any thing as she is not my company employee and also she is diff profession so they cant appoint her or invite her to US. In that case only option I left is that she get visitor visa. But for that some one needs to sponser her. She or me doesnt have any relative in US. There are few frns but they wont like to do sposorship or their sponsoring case may become weak without having any relation. I prefer to take her only on a long visit i.e. more than 2 month and that occurence happen once in a year or max twice only. I am ok if she stays with me for 1-2 month, for whatever time she gets Visa. Can any one suggest what can be done in such situation.
I have one question is mind only i.e. if one person have enough money to visit US and wants to roam around and see tourist places in US then how he can get Visa without having any relative/friends in US? does any travel company can help in this? how they get tourist visa for tourists when they organize package tours for tourists? Any help or suggestion on this will be highly appreciated.
