US Visiting Visa from Australia

My parents are travelling to Australia this month. They will be there for 3 months. During there stay in Australia, can they apply for US Visiting visa and travel to the US for a few months.

i cant say im right but there's no chance that ur parents will get appoved. but i said since your parents got appoved to Australia, why dont your parents try to apply for the b2 to usa. its just my idea.

Visiting Visa from Australia

Waiting period to get an appointment at the US Consulate in India is very long.
They are visiting my sister in Australia and will be there for 3-4 months. During there stay in Australia wanted to get them US Visitors Visa so that they can visit us and then return to India. Is this possible????

(My sister and brother-in-law are permanent residents of Australia. I have a Green Card in the US)
