Sir, i'm an Indian doctor taking US Medical Licensure exams. We need to take following parts of exam:
Step 1
Step 2 part I-CK(Clinical Knowledge) and
Step 2 part II-CS (Clinical Skills) - Only in US
We can take them in any order. I'm planning to take them as Step1>Step2 Part II in US> Step2 Part I after coming back.
Now my questions pertain to this situation... if i apply for visa and the VO refuses to give me visa saying that i should come after taking my Step2 Part I first (it has happened with some, while some were granted visa)
Q1. Under what category does this refusal come?
Q2. Do they put a refusal stamp on my passport in such a case?
Q3. Does such a refusal adversely affect my chances of getting a visa in future when i reapply?
Q4. If yes to what extent is the risk?
Kindly help.. Thanks in advance..
