Application of H1 B after approval of i130

Hi,

I am IT Professional and i have visited the US a couple of times before on a business visa. I was looking to file my H1 B to work in the US but in the meanwhile i have recieved the approval for the I130 which was filed by my father who is a US citizen.

I wanted to know if i could still apply for an H1 B and allowed to work in the US?
Would i be allowed to travel to the US on any other visa such as B1 or tourist as situation demands?

Would appreciate any information on the above.

I have visited many websites but was unable to get a clear information on the situation i am in.

You can come on H1 visa. No problem.

If you already have unexpired B1/B2 visa, you can use that too.
However, you won't be able to get new B1/B2 visa.
