affidavit question

hi,

do we need an affidavit from a Chartered Accountant regarding the value of the property in addition to the notarized affidavit (containing value of the property, FD, jewels etc) that we would obtain from a notary public?

Its not mandatory. A notarized affidavit should serve the same purpose.
